Activities to Promote Full Use of Female Workers’ Abilities and SkillsPrograms to Promote Positive Action at CompaniesConferences for employers in individual industries The JIWE conducts conferences that provide information on the employment of female workers in different industrial sectors and regions, thereby promoting concrete, positive corporate action programs. Seminars to promote the spread of positive action The JIWE provides expertise and insight into specific programs so as to deepen the understanding of positive action among personnel managers at corporations. Employee training to promote positive action The JIWE conducts seminars to teach women seeking management positions concepts
for enhancing their careers. Sexual Harassment Prevention CoursesThe JIWE provides courses for employers on how to implement specific, effective programs to prevent sexual harassment. Diagnostic Analysis of Female Worker Utilization and Advancement The JIWE distributes to employers a "Checklist on Female Worker Utilization and Advancement"
to provide an objective picture of how women work and advance at their companies.
It also collects responses and analyzes corporate data. Companies that participate in this program
receive individualized feedback showing comparisons between their use and advancement of female workers
and that at other companies, and the progress they have made towards positive actions. |
