The JIWE provides courses for employers on how to implement specific, effective programs to prevent sexual harassment.

Diagnostic Analysis of Female Worker Utilization and Advancement

The JIWE distributes to employers a "Checklist on Female Worker Utilization and Advancement" to provide an objective picture of how women work and advance at their companies. It also collects responses and analyzes corporate data. Companies that participate in this program receive individualized feedback showing comparisons between their use and advancement of female workers and that at other companies, and the progress they have made towards positive actions.
For medium and smaller-sized enterprises, the JIWE also provides advice and assistance on effective program content and methodology for advancing positive actions based on the results of the diagnosis.
